CONGRATULATIONS CAITLIN!
Kudos and best wishes to former Seminole Nation Museum intern (and full-time friend) Caitlin Maddox of Wewoka for winning the Dr. William C. Johnson Sigma Tau Delta Transfer Scholarship.
The award is the highest scholarship recognition awarded by the STD English honor society for two-year colleges. It provides a $1,000 cash scholarship to a student pursuing an English degree transferring to a four-year college.

Caitlin finished her studies at Seminole State College this past fall and transferred to East Central University. She received the scholarship based on her academic and service awards as well as her indicated goals in her autobiographical essay. Maddox is the first Seminole State College student to receive the prestigious honor.

We’re proud of you, Caitlin!Caitlin Maddox
